How to Do Breathing Training?

Use a 3 Ball Incentive Spirometer, it easy to operate for breathing exercise.

Steps for Use:

1. Hold the incentive spirometer upright and exhale normally

2. Place the mouth piece in your mouth and seal your lips around it

3. Breathe slowly and deeply through your mouth, as if you were sucking through a straw

4. Your goal should be to lift one, two or three balls and hold them for 2-3 seconds

5. Exhale slowly through your nose, while removing the mouth piece from your lips

6. Relax after each deep breath and breathe normally

Repeat this process, usually 10-15 times a day
